Where do you deliver?

Can I pick up my order in person?
We are a private studio and do not currently offer pick-up or in-store sales.
How can I track my order and receive updates on its delivery status?
We'll let you know when your flowers have been delivered via email or the Shop app. You can also select SMS updates at checkout.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Delivery times can vary depending on location. Orders are typically delivered between 1 PM and 5 PM. Expedited deliveries are available for a small fee; please select this option at checkout.
Can I change the delivery address after I have placed the order?
If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
Promptly contact the shop within 48 hours if concerned with the floral quality. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. Send an email to hello@rosedalefloralstudio.com.
Returns on hard goods and gifts are not accepted.
About Flowers
Where do you get your flowers?
Our flowers come from local suppliers. During the growing season, we prioritize our relationship with local farmers. Fresh, seasonal flowers make for the prettiest, longest-lasting arrangements.
What are the size differences of your floral arrangements?
Petite is bigger than a bud vase, appropriate for a bedside table, office desk, or a two-person table at a restaurant. Yes! We'll deliver to your restaurant reservations.
Classic is a traditional centerpiece, appropriate for a dining table or hotel room. Yes! We'll make sure it's waiting in your hotel room.
Premium is a bigger centerpiece, with higher end blooms, appropriate for a kitchen island or bar.
Grand is a statement piece with high-end blooms, appropriate for an event or a grand gesture.
Knock Out is our most impressive arrangement Make a statement with this large arrangement of luxury blooms. Best for a romantic overture. Wink wink.
How do I take care of my flowers?
Good news, you can prolong the life of your flowers! Keep your flowers in a cool place and out of direct sunlight. Remove flowers from the arrangement as they wilt. Every other day, replace the vase water, and cut the ends off each stem at an angle.
What are your sustainable practices?
Floral can be a taxing industry, and we're committed to reducing our environmental impact. Whenever possible, we prioritize seasonal, locally grown flowers.
We use recyclable and biodegradable materials whenever possible, including our boxes and tissue paper.
We compost all biodegradable waste through Missouri Organics.
We do not use floral foam (the big green block) in any of our arrangements.
